    "About 6 months ago I saw that this Kroger, 2000 E Main St., Columbus, Ohio, had been rated by customers as the #7 worst "large grocery" in America.\nIn the following 6 months it has managed to get even worse.\nFrom rude and lazy employees to malfunctioning registers, I have begun driving 20 or 30 minutes out of my way to shop at different groceries.\nOn occasion I will return to this store, and I always regret it."

    "I'm genuinely surprised at all the recent negative reviews, as I have used this CVS pharmacy pretty frequently over the last year.\n\nNow that it's built out and new, I really have no negatives as a customer. Everyone at the pharmacy has been attentive and helpful. I would t say anyone is over-the-top friendly, but that is almost never my expectation. They've always been professional and kind enough when I pick up prescriptions inside or at the drive-thru pickup window. \n\nI hope this continues to be my experience and I don't have to update with a less-than review!"
