Yes its a trolley bus or otherwise known as a trackless trolley in Philadelphia. Here is one approaching at the northern end of the route 66. Just a few feet away, there is the city limits of Philadelphia which leads into Bucks County. As it turns out, these buses are expected to be around at least until 2028 or 2029! I'm soo glad we have a trackless trolley network around after soo many cities has dismantled theirs. Philadelphia was a few moments away from doing the same back in the early 2000s
