Isometric hip hinge holds are so underrated. I usually recommend 3-4x30s to start with so give that a try if you want ! Here’s how to do it. Start in a split stance position (aka B stance). Shift all your weight onto the front foot. Inhale, grow your spine nice and long. Exhale and hinge - PUSH THE HIPS BACK!
