Best method to cook Egusi soup Ingredients:- Meat Fish Salt Egusi Maggie Crayfish Chili pepper Vegetable palm oil/ vegetable oil . . . Wash the meat with clean water . Place in a pot,add water, salt, Maggie, sliced onion and cover to cook. . After the meat is cooked remove from heat . In another pot pour in palm oil / vegetable oil allow to heat for few minutes . Pour in the blended egusi, crayfish, chilli pepper stir and fry in low heat for few minutes (stir continuously to avoid getting burn)
