EDIT: before you judge me, my dogs are my entire life and this incident has almost destroyed me. I obviously didn't purposely give him coffee cream. I don't even buy it. Someone threw out a carton and it got buried in the snow. He dug it up while we were playing and it only took a few licks. He was on leash when it happened and I took it away as soon as I noticed. My dogs ARE trained, it can happen to anyone 馃ゲ. Also editing to add, we have Trupanion pet insurance and I recommend looking into it
