Anglia Television has been reporting the news in the East of England since 1959 and its archive is a rich sources of stories. History repeats: Suffolk was hit hard by Storm Babet over the weekend with widespread flooding across the county. For the village of Debenham the deluge came almost 30 years to the day that similar havoc and devastation descended on the community back in 1993.
