NANDOS TOASTIE 🔥 Nando's get this on the menu wowww!!! 🙌 Nandos recently very kindly sent us some goodies, and in the box there were some recipe cards - one of them had this Toastie on it and we just had to try it! It did not disappoint 😍 We did it slightly differently and added chicken to the toastie! 🔥 First make some Nandos shredded chicken - we have a recipe for a slow cooker version we will share to our stories! But you can also simply oven bake/airfry chicken with some nandos seasoning

I MADE NANDO'S PERI PERI CHICKEN FOR MY FAMILY 😋 Peri Peri sauce was introduced to Africa by the portuguese. It is a spicy sauce with African bird's eye 🌶️ chilies as its base. It also needs a little bit of brown sugar for sweetness and some freshly squeezed lemon to lighten the sauce. I made my own version with some ingredients I had at home and it turned out great. Will be making it again using roasted bell peppers and roasted onions with the birds eye chilies instead of the habanero I used.

Recipe: Nando's Peri Peri Chicken Rub - 3/4 (or 1/2) tbsp salt, 1tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp paprika, 1-2 tsp white pepper. Basting Sauce - 4 tbsp Nando's sauce and 1 tbsp cream.
