Hurricane Laura: Growing concern over possible storm surge

Hurricane Laura continues to move northward this morning, now bringing damaging winds & flooding rains to western & central LA...... Laura will continue to weaken rapidly & eventually make a turn eastward. We could* see the remnants move over the Mid Atlantic on Saturday.
