Earlier this week, walked around the popular 7.5-acre Bandra Talao, a Grade II heritage lake that has been completely dewatered for the first time in recent memory at least as a part of a rejuvenation attempt by the civic body.The urban waterbody is now a vast stretch of exposed mudflats and heavy silt deposits, with excavation machinery and pumps working through the remaining patches of sludge.
