Reindeer migration causes massive traffic jam! It happened just after dusk on Norway’s E6 highway in Finnmark, the northernmost county in the country, where winter darkness settles in early and reindeer migrations are part of life above the Arctic Circle. Drivers near Karasjok were brought to a complete stop when thousands of reindeer spilled out of the tundra and onto the road, shutting down the E6—Norway’s longest highway and a vital route through the far north. Traffic cameras showed the herd
