We couldn't believe Budget Car Rental made us wait 3 hours in the heat to get our vehicle! We reserved a Jeep a month in advance but when we arrived at the airport they made us wait in line 3 hours to pick it up. Then they tell us they didn't have the jeep available! This was a nightmare!
