Nov 2, 2024 · Some games allow PS5 Pro to select the standard modes, even if they're inferior to the Pro mode(s). This is shown by standard modes having both open and filled numbers. For Game Boost entries, all the numbers will be filled. That's because the Pro is literally using the exact same modes as standard PS5, just usually running better.

Nov 29, 2024 · Anyway, what we got now is a low quality mode with HWRT running 60 FPS on base consoels with quality of PS5 Pro quality mode of SH2 at 30 FPS. Still far from the OG season PS5 Pro settings (no idea if things got improved this chapter with this UE5.5 update on PS5 Pro), or PC Epic settings.

Nov 21, 2024 · As it is now, the PS5 Pro is a console meant for people who want 60 fps no matter the visual cost. I'm still hanging on to it though, as I'm sure it will be the best place for Death Stranding 2 and GTA6 next year but damn if it's not a complete disappointment at the moment.
