Oct 17, 2024 · I played both course on twightlight rates in July which started at 4pm. Back then it was $175+HST, so just shy of $200 per course or $400 for the pair. You have plenty of time to finish the round and, quite frankly, playing the closing holes while the sun is low and setting in the background at the Cliffs was spectacular.

Mar 7, 2019 · Has anyone done a multi-day drive to Cabot Links/Cliffs Golf course by playing along the way ? A direct non stop drive there looks like about 20 hours. Nov 17, 2024 · Lots of folks there for bachelor parties etc, and coming off 18 on cliffs (by the couches) felt like a bar atmosphere rather than a golf course. Also, the grey villas on the course have certainly taken some charm away. Would certainly play it on the shoulder season where accommodations and rounds are a bit cheaper, but prime rates aren't worth it.

Oct 24, 2016 · Re: Cabot Cliffs We were the first twilight time and just got it in, end of Aug (sun set was at 8pm)... felt bad for the groups behind us because there is no way they could see coming down 17/18 but book your teem time with 4 1/2 hours to play to make sure. Playing #16 at sun set is unbelievable.

Jun 8, 2016 · Re: Cabot Cliffs Just got back from Cabot, played three rounds at the Cliffs and one at the Links, we were very lucky and got four days of perfect weather. The greens on the Cliffs and the Links look and feel the same, but the Cliffs are a lot slower. Took a long time to adjust, I three putted four out of the first six holes on the front nine.

Nov 23, 2024 · Each has a seaside course that is not a links by any reasonable definition: Cabot Cliffs and Bandon Trails (and both are by Crenshaw/Coore). I would give the edge to Cabot here. But then moving to the courses that are links or clifftop near-links, Cabot has only the one whereas Bandon has its two heavy hitters, Bandon Dunes and Pac Dunes.
