"The victim stated that the defendant then punched her in the mouth/chin area with a closed fist," the police report read, noting that the woman still had visible bruising on her chin area.

Judkins, now a Cleveland Browns rookie, was arrested July 12 in Broward County, Florida, on misdemeanor "touch or strike/battery/domestic violence."

Judkins, who invoked his Miranda rights when speaking with officers, spent the night at Fort Lauderdale Jail.
