Netflix is giving the Anna Kendrick romcom Love Life another shot at streaming. What could it mean for the show's future?

As of Wednesday, HBO Max is no longer Max and is back to being HBO Max, just on the Max platform. We know, it’s confusing. Either way, it appears that X (fka Twitter) is not playing ball with all of this back and forth — or at any rate, it has not played ball yet .

The streamer debuted that change in a trailer that you can see embedded above, which shows how things are going to get even more interesting for the show's hero, Antoinette Dunkerson (Terri J. Vaughn). She's now stepping into power as a lieutenant governor in Mississippi.

There were four series that scored four nominations each: HBO Max’s “The Pitt,” HBO Max’s “Hacks,” Netflix’s “Adolescence” and Apple TV+’s “The Studio.” After those series, the most nominated programs were CBS’ “Matlock,” Disney+’s “Andor” and HBO’s “The Rehearsal,” which secured three nominations a piece.

It wasn’t loud, but it landed. The rebrand back to HBO Max confirmed what many had already felt. The name Max had never really clicked. People kept using the old name anyway. Now, it’s official again, and somehow, the whole service feels different just because of it.

It’s another week of new movies across the best streaming services with the likes of Netflix, HBO Max and Disney Plus adding new flicks that will surely delight subscribers.
