A delivery driver accused of stabbing two people, killing one, after tracking his stolen van has been charged, California police say. The delivery van driver called Berkeley police just before 12:30 p.m. Jan. 18 and said he was making deliveries in Oakland when his van was stolen, the police department said in a Jan. 29 news release.
