A 39-year-old Stockton man was charged with attempted murder and arson after allegedly setting a probation officer ablaze.

A new wildfire was reported today at 6:08 p.m. in Mendocino County, California. Gulch Fire has been burning on private land. Currently, there is no information on the containment of the fire and the cause of it has yet to be determined.
