An Essex racing driver has featured in the new F1 movie alongside Hollywood actor Brad Pitt.F1: The Movie hit cinema screens across the world on 25 June and centres on a fictional Formula 1 team, APXGP.

Apple is in talks to acquire the U.S. broadcast rights to screen Formula 1 when the contract becomes available next year, the Financial Times reported on Wednesday (July 9), following the success of Brad Pitt's "F1: The Movie." Julian Satterthwaite reports.

The Movie' is sensational, weaving together everything a summer action and a Bruckheimer film should be. He also says watching the film feels like stepping into a time machine to revisit the 1990s.
