President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump visited Texas to survey the damage from last week’s devastating floods.

The president is expected to do an aerial tour of some of the hard-hit areas.

The search is continuing on the grounds of Camp Mystic as more than 160 people are believed to be missing in Texas days after a destructive wall of water killed over 100 people.

The threat of heavy rain is “slight” for this weekend, but with the ground fully saturated in Kerr County even small amounts of rainfall could cause flooding.

The full extent of Texas officials’ readiness is unclear.

The floods have killed at least 121 people statewide.

The Texas flood smashed through buildings, carried away cars and ripped sturdy trees out by the roots, dropping the debris in twisted piles when the water finally ebbed.
