‘Fallout’ Season 2 Trailer Unveils First Look at Justin Theroux’s Mr. House, Gory New Vegas
The Prime Video series also shares a sneak peek of Macaulay Culkin's mystery character ahead of its Dec. 17 premiere
Amazon Prime Video has set a December release for 'Fallout' Season 2 and revealed first look photos of New Vegas.
The Amazon Prime series Fallout is set to debut its second season on December 17, 2025. Based on the iconic video game franchise from Bethesda Studios, the series follows an alternate historical timeline in which civilization is ravaged by nuclear war, leading to the societal collapse of the outside world.
With the major European gaming conference Gamescom kicking off in Cologne last night, the opening night show was full of pleasant surprises and announcements – although most of them were for games, as you'd expect. Prime Video managed to steal quite a big share of the limelight, though, by unveiling a proper trailer for the next season of Fallout.
Now's not a bad time to catch up or rewatch Season 1, as Amazon has revealed Fallout Season 2 will premiere December 17. Unlike Season 1, which released all of its episodes on the same day, Season 2 will follow a traditional weekly schedule. Episodes will stream on Wednesdays, with the Season 2 finale slated for February 4.
Fallout was a smash hit on Amazon Prime Video when the video game adaptation debuted last year. The nuclear disaster drama became the second-most-watched series of all time on the streaming platform, totaling 65million viewers in its first 16 days of release, quickly earning a season two renewal.
