Even though the scoreboard won’t measure Tom Brady’s performance in the Fox Sports booth during Sunday’s Super Bowl, he is trying to take the same approach that he did in his previous 10 appearances in the big game as a player.

Brady interviewed Mahomes on Wednesday for Fox’s pregame show, part of his duties in the first season of a 10-year contract with the network. He called working the Super Bowl “a dream come true.” Wednesday’s conference call primarily was with reporters who cover media, and there were many questions about Brady’s second career.

Questions about his ownership role with the Raiders were sidestepped as deftly as he used to dodge pass rushers during his 20 seasons with the Patriots.
