A Des Moines architecture firm envisions hotel, restaurant and retail space in the Towers Building at 206 8th Street and the Founders Building at 207 9th Street.

The cafe originally closed in December 2023 to redesign the space and menu, but now the kitchen and dining area have been upgraded, a news release said.
