A new health centre coming to the centre of Basildon is set to cut NHS waiting lists by offering 24/7 services to residents.

Baroness Sharon Taylor, the parliamentary under-Secretary of State for Housing and Local Government, officiated the topping-out ceremony of Chapelgate at the western edge of Basildon town centre.
