The Super Pet Expo returns this weekend in a new home at Manassas Mall, bringing over 150 pet vendors, expert trainers, rescue groups and even celebrity pups.

Snoopy was rescued from a distressing hoarding situation where he was living on a farm with more than 50 other small-breed dogs.
