A man wanted on a second-degree murder warrant and linked to multiple Bullhead City shootings was arrested after a traffic stop on State Route 95 near Lake Havasu City.

Gilberto Mendez III, 23, is accused of shooting a man last month in Bullhead City. He was taken into custody following a struggle with a DPS trooper during a traffic stop north of Lake Havasu City.
