The 2019 Harvest Wine and Food Festival kicks off Thursday in Watercolor and will continue through Saturday. This festival is rated as one of the premier wine and food festivals in the Southeast.

ELMER -- With weather more like summer than fall, there was a large turnout for the Elmer Harvest Festival this weekend. Saturday's event in the borough marked the 19 th year for the festival.
