Chin's Restaurant on Plymouth Road in Livonia has served up Chinese classics and tiki vibes for decades. By the end of this month, they'll be closed.

"We won't change the price right away, but it's definitely going to hurt the business," said Joyce Cai, owner of Chuan Fu.
