The Cincinnati Bengals have suffered long enough. They overcame slow starts but lost their quarterback, Joe Burrow, and their edge rusher, Trey Hendri.

With the NFL free agency period less than one week away, the Cincinnati Bengals announced they had re-signed one of their key free agents. The team signed veteran guard Dalton Risner to a one-year, $5 million deal with the Bengals following his strong 2025 season.

Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow issued a warning to the rest of the NFL following Cincinnati’s latest roster move on Monday.

Right after, Joe Burrow’s name popped up.  According to Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com, Burrow was “present” for the signing via FaceTime:  “Burrow FaceTimed him as the deal came to be, but the face of the franchise won't be the only one pleased with Risner's return.
