In his 20th attempt to win the Daytona 500, Kyle Busch crashed out with less than 15 laps remaining. Not only did he call out the culprit of the incident, but he also called out NASCAR for a recent rule change in the offseason that left him in the dark.

Elton Sawyer, NASCAR‘s senior vice president of competition, said Tuesday that the Damaged Vehicle Policy controversy involving Kyle Busch late in Sunday’s Daytona 500 was a “misunderstanding” on Busch’s part.
