On Thursday, the first draft in X Games history saw 40 skateboarding and BMX athletes be selected to compete in the new X Games League summer season.

The new X Games League, a team-based, co-ed action sports league, will hold a draft on Thursday to determine the athletes who will compete in the summer season.
