A former Lakota teacher was sentenced to prison Thursday, after he admitted to having an inappropriate relationship with a female student.

LDWF Secretary Tyler Bosworth issued the declaration, which includes all of Ouachita Parish and portions of Lincoln, Jackson, Union, Morehouse, Caldwell and Richland parishes.

He allegedly began performing sex acts on himself, then honked his horn before asking if the woman wanted to join him.
