JetBrains has detailed its eighth annual Python Developers Survey. This survey is conducted as a collaborative effort between the Python Software Foundation and JetBrains’ PyCharm team.

The state is offering a free “Python Patrol” course to learn how to identify, catch and humanely kill pythons.

A branch of computer science known as genetic programming has been given a boost with the application of large language models that are trained on the combined intuition of the world’s programmers.
