Construction of the 92-room Tru by Hilton could begin as early as this summer in Norton Shores, joining several other hotel projects in the Muskegon area.

To be operated under Hilton’s Motto brand, consent was secured from Manchester City Council in 2023 for a 154-key hotel by a consortium of Dean Street Developments, Definition Capital and Assured CMS.

Plans for a new Motto by Hilton hotel in Manchester city centre have moved forward after OakNorth provided a £15.7m loan to the project.
