Kentucky jails overcrowded by ICE detainees, voter league report finds
Initial findings by the League of Women Voters of Kentucky left members with questions for officials at local, state, and federal levels.
"Kentuckians have a right to know what is happening in publicly-funded jails," said Jennifer Jackson, president of the League of Women Voters.
