On a sunny Saturday afternoon, Frankie Beverly’s silky soul voice travels on East 87th Street. On a weekday afternoon, steppers’ music causes passersby to nod their heads.

There will also be a tribute to Frankie Beverly that day, and it all starts at 7:15 p.m. at Paycor Stadium. Tickets for the Cincinnati Music Festival are still available.
