Blake Lively's friendship with music superstar Taylor Swift is now at the center of her legal battle with her former "It Ends With Us" co-star Justin Baldoni. In a new court filing Wednesday, attorneys for Baldoni claim Lively pressured Swift to get involved in the legal back and forth, which first began in December.

In the latest development in the legal battle between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni, Lively’s lawyers Esra Hudson and Mike Gottlieb have confirmed that the actress intends to take the stand when the case heads to trial next year.

Blake Lively’s rep has issued a scathing response to Justin Baldoni’s legal team subpoenaing Taylor Swift. The “It Ends With Us” star’s spokesperson tells Page Six Saturday that Baldoni, his Wayfarer Studios co-founder Steve Sarowitz and their team “continue to turn a case of sexual harassment and retaliation into entertainment for the tabloids.”
