A new wildfire was reported today at 10:11 a.m. in San Diego County. Border 5 Fire has been burning on private land.

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — Crews with the San Diego Fire-Rescue Department responded to the border wall in Otay Mesa Thursday morning after reports of a man stuck on top of the barrier.
