A boil water notice in Lewisville was lifted after more than 24 hours. The 30-inch water main broke forced several LISD schools to close on Monday.

A water line break prompted the City of Lewisville to issue a boil water notice Sunday, affecting residents in the middle of the city, officials said.

A boil water advisory that was in effect for several days in Suffolk was lifted Saturday afternoon. The advisory was in effect for residents of the Oakland area of the Chuckatuck Borough after a main water break Monday afternoon, according to a release.
