For a second time in three years, the Philadelphia Eagles are Super Bowl bound. Forced turnovers during Sunday's 55-23 win over the Washington Commanders are a big reason why.  The Eagles parlayed four Commanders takeaways and one turnover on downs into 35 points.
Saquon Barkley dashed 60 yards for a touchdown on Philadelphia’s first play and finished with 118 yards and three scores, Jalen Hurts rushed for three TDs and the Eagles soared into the Super Bowl with a 55-23 win over the Washington Commanders on Sunday.
A sea of Eagles fans feverishly waved their white rally towels until Saquon Barkley, Jalen Hurts and high-powered offense made the upstart Commanders wave the white flag.
But rookie running back Will Shipley also had a score—the first of his NFL career. It started with an explosive 57-yard run to the red zone, and ended in a short rush for the TD. As has been the case throughout the season, Barkley was very hyped up for his fellow Eagle, and made sure to run over from the sidelines for a congrats.

Hurts and the Eagles are in the Super Bowl for the second time in three seasons, and this time Barkley is along for the ride. The Eagles will play the Buffalo Bills or former Eagles coach Andy Reid’s Kansas City Chiefs. Those teams meet in the AFC Championship Game on Sunday night.
