A recent Walmart recall seems to have gotten a bit worse. The original recall included Alabama in the nine affected states and the risk level has just increased.

According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration ( FDA ), 2,023 cases of Great Value, Chicken Broth, sold in 48-ounce containers at Walmart, have been recalled. Each case includes six units of the product, meaning 12,138 cartons of broth were recalled.

A man and woman from Athens were arrested Tuesday and charged with stealing more than $500 worth of merchandise from Walmart Supercenter in Hartselle, according to the Hartselle Police Department.
