All northbound lanes at Exit 48/Grapevine Road were closed after the crash, the state police said. Traffic is being diverted off that exit as of 3:07 p.m.

The crash near the Annisquam River Bridge Friday afternoon closed Route 128 north for several hours. It later reopened.
