Investigators then found out that the 10-year-old had been chatting on Roblox to Tara Alexis Sykes, a 36-year-old mom who was already facing child abuse charges.

The bombshell lawsuit alleges that Roblox knowingly created a “pedophile hellscape” while publicly promising parents their platform was safe for kids.

A 10-year-old girl was kidnapped by a man who messaged her on Roblox and Discord. She was found hundreds of miles from her home the next day.

Roblox said its internal investigation found no messages between Sykes and the child that were instructions to kill. ECSO investigators still looking.
