Microsoft has released a guide to developing apps for the upcoming Surface Duo using Google's massively cross-platform Flutter SDK.

The latest Flutter SDK update, version 2.10, makes it just as easy to make apps for Windows as it is for Android and iOS.

With Flutter, app developers will finally be able to create apps for both Android and iOS with one single set of code. This will hopefully cut down on Android fragmentation.
