Have you tried other keyboards/mice?<BR><BR>What does it say in the device manager in Windows for the keyboard? Standard 101/102-key or Microsoft Natural PS/2 keyboard?

Maybe windows it hibernating, or your machine is going into suspend mode. The only way I know of that wakes your machine up with keyboard or mouse is when your machine is in sleep mode.
