Intel Graphics Control Panel can be directly installed using the Microsoft Store. However, if it’s already installed, you can open it by pressing CTRL+ALT+F12 keys simultaneously.

You can also launch the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel tool from your Start menu. Click the 3D icon when the control panel window appears to access 3D graphics settings on your Windows 11/10 PC.
