A D.C. entrepreneur who was inspired by Paris’ food culture has created a Union Market pop-up that aims to teach home cooks how to master their own kitchens.

Students are learning how to set the table, use math to measure ingredients and prepare meals they can make at home. This is the first year Tucker offered the club.

With the help of a $10,000 grant from the Cadillac Area Community Foundation, there are now eight mobile cooking stations at the non-profit to teach the classes.
