The West Travis County Public Utility Agency (WTCPUA) came to an agreement Wednesday with Mirasol Springs, a new development, concerning the construction of a water line.

Calleguas Municipal Water District officials said the 30-mile-long pipeline would carry salt discharges from yet-to-be-built treatment plants in the east county.
