Go to VMWare Workstation Pro 17.0 for Personal Use. Since we are on a Windows computer, we will go with the same, but if you are using some other OS, select the respective option.

Once Windows has been installed and set up, you'll have a fully functional Windows 11 installation running off a USB device. Just make sure to encrypt it so that no one can steal your data.

In Windows 8, you'll be able to burn a bootable copy of the OS and your files to a separate USB stick.
