Ohio U.S. Sen. Bernie Moreno and his wife Bridget have been ordered to testify in the ongoing divorce proceedings between their daughter Emily and her husband, Northeast Ohio U.S. Rep. Max Miller.

The subpoena requires Bernie Moreno and his wife to turn over extensive documentation by May 9th regarding financial support they’ve provided to their daughter over the past five years.
