Google announced a beta of eSignature for Google Docs and Google Drive today, enabling users to capture electronic signatures in documents.

Add signatures: When ready to sign, the signee can easily add their signature, no downloads needed. Once the signature is added, a completed PDF contract is emailed to both parties.

You will also be able to request a signature in a similar fashion to how file sharing already works on Google Docs.

Integrating with Google Docs and Google Drive will allow users to request and add signatures to official contracts directly within the platform.
