Google announced a beta of eSignature for Google Docs and Google Drive today, enabling users to capture electronic signatures in documents.
Add signatures: When ready to sign, the signee can easily add their signature, no downloads needed. Once the signature is added, a completed PDF contract is emailed to both parties.
You will also be able to request a signature in a similar fashion to how file sharing already works on Google Docs.
